We advise on the potential rental income and the right rental band to maximise your income. We will give you an estimate of the season length you might expect in order to arrive at a projection of your annual net income.

 

We write up a property description, take photos and load your property onto many selected well known advertising portals.  

 

We handle all inquiries and booking requests from potential clients.  All administration is routinely carried out by us.  The business end of letting a holiday home demands that the right money is collected at the right time, the relevant confirmations are sent and all the contractual details are covered. We take care of all that and make sure that the guests get full instructions on how to reach the property and we even meet and greet to ensure no mix ups.

 

On the first visit we will give you a full and honest appraisal of the suitability of your property for holiday letting, including any changes required before marketing the property.

 

We do a turnaround clean and laundry for every letting.  We pride ourselves on a very high standard of cleaning.  

This includes:

 

  • Beds stripped and bed linen and towels laundered weekly

  • Crockery and pots washed

  • All surfaces cleaned and dusted

  • All rooms left clean and tidy

  • Fridge and freezer emptied

  • Terraces swept and cleaned

  • Terrace furniture cleaned

  • Beds remade and towels neatly folded

  • All rubbish removed

We offer your guests access to an online brochure (in multiple languages) with all the information they might require during their stay.

Invoices are prepared and issued by us as required for your accounts and for your guests.

As legally required, we organise the proper collection and submission of guests signed ID's to the Guardia Civil within 24 hours of your guests arrival.
