NEW TO THE MARKET - 3 bedroom villa set up to cater for 6 guests

Finca La Calma is a beautiful villa with a private pool.  The house is surrounded by mature landscaped gardens.  It is situated in a quiet rustic area, yet it is within 3kms of the hustle and bustle and lively nightlife of Coin.

Conveniently laid out over one floor, this villa lends itself to easy living. On entering this home you will find a large living room.  This living space is comfortably furnished with a large sofa where you can relax and enjoy watching many channels on the flat screen TV.   The kitchen is very well equipped with all the equipment and utensils you might need to enjoy your stay.

Going into the hallway you will find 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom.    The main bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, the second bedroom boasts 2 single beds while the third has bunk beds.  All bedrooms are well furnished and have ample wardrobe space and the bedroom with bunk beds even has a gaming corner.

Outside you will find a large roofed terrace with a kitchen and bbq.  This is a fantastic area for outdoor living.  It offers shade from the daily sunshine and in the evening it is a delight for al fresco cooking.

The swimming pool is situated to the front of the villa and enjoys the Costa Del Sol sunshine all day, it is never shaded.  There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool and various seating areas throughout the garden for both dining and lounging.  The garden also offers extras for the little ones including a trampoline, basket ball hoop and table tennis.

Satellite tv includes english channels.
Free WIFI is also on hand.
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided.

Whilst there is a aura of tranquility here in Finca La Calma, you are only a short drive to the nearest town Coin with shops, bars, restaurants and all the amenities you might require during your stay.   It even has its own shopping centre with cinema.

So why not relax and unwind while sunbathing by the pool in the beautiful serene surroundings of the countryside. And later you might like to sample one of the many local restaurants (all tastes catered for) before finishing the night off by checking out some of the many bars in Coin.

MALAGA CITY is a must see. There are lots of places to visit including the beautiful Baroque Cathedral and Pablo Picasso's Museum. There are also many historical monuments including the Castillo De Gibralfaro and the newly restored Roman Theatre. The winding little streets and plazas are a delight with plenty of restaurants and bars to relax in. Malaga is also a great place to shop with lots of boutiques as well as large shopping centres such as Larios. Malaga also has some lovely family friendly beaches to enjoy.

ALORA is a typical white washed pueblo with its narrow white washed streets, nestled between 3 rocky hills and you can see the ruins of an interesting castle on the top of one of these hills. From the town square, you can climb to the castle. If you would like to sample an unspoilt Spanish village then this is the place to see.

EL CHORRO is one of the most popular rock climbing attractions in Spain. West of Alora, you will find Malaga's “Lake District” (three artificial lakes created by a dam built across the dramatic 200 metre high Guadalhorce river gorge, known as the Garganta del Chorro). This gorge is famous for a dangerous bridge called Caminito del Rey (King's little pathway).

RHONDA is famous worldwide for its escarpments and views. The deep gorge El Tajo carries the river Guadalevin through its centre. Well worth a visit.

BENALMADENA PUEBLO
This whitewashed Pueblo sits on a hillside and has marvellous views across Malaga bay.  With its whitewashed houses, narrow cobbled streets and balconies decorated with flowers according to the season, it is very much a typical Andalucian village.  There are many places of interest in the town including the Archaeological Museum and the Castillo Colomares.  Just outside the village is the Benalmadena Stupa with its golden copula. This is the largest Buddhist monument in the western world and is well worth a visit even if it's just for the fantastic views towards Fuengirola and beyond.

MIJAS PUEBLO
This famous traditional whitewashed Andalusian village can be found nestled into the mountainside.  Follow signs for public parking, it costs €1 per day.  Take the lifts from the car park up to the top floor where you will find the Plaza de lá Virgen de  Pena.  The tourist office is located here. There are lots of things to see and do including taking a ride on the famous donkey-taxis.  There are also plenty of wonderful shops and restaurants.

There are too many exciting places to list, but here are a few more:
